How do I best utilize your website to find a banquet facility or event professional?
First, go to the 'Vendors' Page if you are looking for an event professional such as a musician, professional speaker, Audio/Visual Technician, or caterer. Go to the 'Rooms' page if you're searching for a banquet facility. Choose the state where the event is planned to be held from the drop-down box or clicking on the U.S. map. You should then be presented with a list of Metro Area/Cities. If there are none listed or your specific area doesn't show up, check out our next FAQ to learn how to handle that scenario.

Click on the button next to the area you're interested in and you'll be presented with a table of facilities or vendors. You can then print out this page which includes the company name, address, email, and phone. For facilites you will also immediately see the type of business and minimum/maximum room seating, or for a vendor, their type of service. If their is a details link, you can click on it and go to a customized business web page for that particular facility or vendor. There you'll find a photograph or two, map (if a facility), years in business, description, etc. You can also elect to print out this page by clicking on the print button in your browser's toolbar.

What is the advantage of using Banquetrooms.com versus the Yellow Pages?
The Yellow Pages provide limited information regarding a facility, usually displaying only the address and phone number, and this is for local businesses only.
